Alison leads Furniture Atelier’s strategic development initiatives to promote customer satisfaction, partnerships, and growth. Alison was brought onboard with Furniture Atelier shortly after conception for her hospitality industry knowledge, leadership skills and business analysis capabilities.

Alison’s academic history includes an Honours B.A. in Economics and Finance and a Master’s in Art Business from the University of Manchester in partnership with Sotheby’s Institute of Art.  Prior to joining Furniture Atelier, Alison worked for PI Fine Art, an industry leader in hospitality art and for Avenue Road, a high-end contemporary furniture company.  She started her career in financial markets at the Bank of Canada but soon realized the hospitality design industry was her true calling.

A forever art lover, Alison enjoys gallery openings, exhibits and studio visits. She values every moment with family and friends, especially when it’s in Ontario’s beautiful cottage country.
