As a Licensed Civil Engineer by profession, Ferdinand finishes his studies at Notre Dame Marbel University in the Philippines. His career started as a Project Sales Executive at Cebu Progress Commercial, a home and office furnishing company in his home country.

In 2012, he explored overseas opportunities and landed in the Middle East. There he was able to work as an Estimator, Material Coordinator in many different Arab companies who has diversified interest in developing commercial and residential property as well as hospitality and malls. His primary focus is on fit-out, joinery, FF&E and he indulges in estimation working on different prestigious projects alongside diversified teams in luxury hospitality, 5-star hotels, villas, and high-end mall.

In his leisure time, Ferdinand enjoys playing, watching basketball games and cooking. But most of the time, he spends it with his son doing outdoor activities.
