As a Senior Operations Manager at FA, Paul works directly with the factories in Canada and China, making sure the product complies with our FA high standards and with our client’s expectations. He supports our FA team working as a liaison between the factories and our Project Managers.

He also provides our clients with technical support and great customer service.

Paul’s academic history includes a degree in Industrial Mechanics, studies in Custom Wood Furniture Cabinetry and studies in Airspace Cabinetry.

Paul comes with fifteen years of experience in the furniture industry - seven years in the home furniture sector and eight years working for Bombardier’s Luxury Aircraft Interiors line.

Paul enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and his two daughters, especially if it is on the beach. Other things he likes is running or jogging and he has a passion for cars and motorcycles.
