Samantha began her career in education as a full-time Teacher and Coordinator of the Language Department at Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla in Mexico, playing a key role in developing curriculum, training teachers, coordinating language programs, and standardizing courses. She also holds a Certificate for Overseas Teachers of English (C.O.T.E.) from the University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate.

After relocating to Canada as a Project Manager for a healthcare furniture and medical device company, as well as a Sales/Operations Manager in the luxury & custom designer furniture industry, leading a team to drive sales growth while managing vendor training, escalated customer inquiries, and strategic project implementation.

She brings to FA her superior ability to focus on team development, process improvements, and quality assurance, ensuring seamless coordination between management, customers, and warehouse staff, enhancing customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

In her free time, Samantha enjoys exercising and outdoor activities, reading, playing games, and baking.
